• Deliver primary and preventive healthcare services, including patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans based on patient needs and best practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care addressing medical, social, and emotional needs of patients
• Engage in health promotion, patient education, and disease prevention activities to improve overall community health outcomes

• Current, unrestricted RN and NP License in the state of California
• Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association
• Current and unrestricted DEA Certificate
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as an NP in a clinical setting
