$140,000–$170,000/year

What You'll DoAs a valued provider, you'll deliver comprehensive primary care services to patients across a diverse population while working alongside an experienced clinical support team.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and management plans
- Prescribe medications and appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Educate patients on disease prevention, wellness, and treatment plans
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources
- Ensure timely follow-up and continuity of care
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, medical assistants, and support staff
- Current California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certified PA or NP
- Active California DEA registration prior to start
- Valid California driver's license with a good driving record
- Medical Spanish proficiency is a plus
