Seasonal Registered Nurse Opportunity
Palmdale Regional Medical Center continues to grow and is excited about hiring experienced, seasonal registered nurses for our Med-Surg-Tele Float Pool. These seasonal positions are temporary assignments, working October 2026 through March 2027. PRMC is offering exceptional pay and a bonus for successful completion of the assignment.
Palmdale Regional Medical Center is a 184-bed, acute care hospital located in Palmdale, CA. One of Southern California's newest hospitals and featuring all-private patient rooms, Palmdale Regional provides high-quality, award-winning patient care to residents and visitors of the Antelope Valley and surrounding areas. Position
Description:
Provides and monitors safe, cost-effective patient care in accordance with RN scope of practice and adherence to the organization's nursing policy and procedures. Through knowledge of infection control and aseptic techniques. Floats to assigned areas as requested.
Qualifications:
Seasonal schedule requirements include working at least one holiday:
Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's and being scheduled for no less than four shifts per pay period. Job duties/requirements include two (2) years of RN experience required, high school diploma or GED required, graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing program, A.A., diploma, B.S.N. preferred, written and verbal communications, interpersonal skills, basic organizational and computer skills, current California RN license, current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) - American Heart Association, current ACLS Certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - American Heart Association, and IV experience required.
