• Perform nondestructive inspections using Penetrant, Radiography, and Ultrasonic testing methods
• Set up, operate, and maintain advanced computerized NDT equipment
• Inspect metallic structures, composite assemblies, bonded components, and weldments
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements to ensure product quality
• Support development and continuous improvement of inspection techniques and procedures
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve technical issues
• Assist in training and mentoring developing NDT inspectors through on‑the‑job instruction
• Maintain compliance with NAS 410 certification requirements, quality standards, and safety procedures

The ideal candidate is an experienced Nondestructive Testing professional who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and technical excellence. Must be able to work any shift or work schedule.

• Minimum of 5 years Non‑Destructive Inspection Testing experience and documented previous NAS‑410 Level II training and OJT
• Certifications in Penetrant (PT), Radiography (RT), and Ultrasonic (UT)
• Must have Interim Secret clearance to start
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to demonstrate and pass general, specific, and practical examinations in the above mentioned methods

• Certifications in Magnetic Particle (MT), Eddy Current (ET), Shearography (ST), Thermography (IRT)
• Aerospace experience
• Ability to conduct OJT for trainees
• Penetrant and Magnetic particle experience in an aerospace setting
• Ability to develop written techniques and procedures for approval by an NDT Level III
• Experience with robotic‑operated NDI equipment preferred
• Experience testing various materials such as composite structures, metallics, bonded assemblies, and welds
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications:
  PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and computerized workstations
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

This position requires a government security clearance and you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.
