We’re looking for a motivated, high-energy Store Manager to lead the team, drive results, and keep the good vibes flowing. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and knows how to balance strong operations with a fun team culture.

As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a successful, profitable store while coaching and developing your team, driving sales, and creating an environment employees and guests genuinely enjoy being part of.

What You’ll DoLead daily store operations and create an energetic, guest-focused environment

Coach, motivate, and develop Assistant Managers and Team Members Deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring food quality and operational standards are consistently met Drive sales growth, manage controllable expenses, and support overall store profitability

Read and manage Profit & Loss statements and understand key business metrics

Lead by example during busy shifts and jump in wherever needed

Build a positive, productive, and team-oriented culture

Ensure cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards are maintained at all times

Manage scheduling, staffing, and overall shift execution

Develop future leaders and support ongoing team growth

Ensure company policies and procedures are consistently followed

What We’re Looking For Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or food service management experience

Strong leadership and people development skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

Positive attitude with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to coach, train, and inspire a team

Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable

Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Basic computer and operational skills
