- Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients by understanding their insurance needs.
- Present and sell Allstate insurance products, tailoring solutions to individual client circumstances.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Proactively seek out opportunities to educate clients on their coverage and identify potential gaps.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the agency's overall growth objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends and new product offerings to better serve clients.
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
- A genuine desire to help others and understand their unique needs.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in using technology for client management and sales processes.
