As a full-time Verizon Retail Sales Associate, you will work with a team focused on unlocking your potential and achieving sales success in a retail environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Generate retail sales by applying your passion for technology and delivering exceptional customer service to expand the Verizon network.
• Learn and uncover customers’ needs by building connections and asking the right questions.
• Present product insights and solution recommendations to provide customers with a complete sales solution.
• Close sales through effective communication to fulfill customer needs with simple, intuitive tech solutions.
• Continue to develop through ongoing training and up-skill in merchandising and inventory operations.
• Grow your customer base by making outbound contacts (calls or texts) to current Verizon customers interested in our products and services.
• Engage with the community outside the store to expand your loyal customer base (including off-site Verizon sponsored events).

Compensation details: base pay of $16.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus potential commissions up to $18,000 per year based on sales performance. Top performers may earn additional commissions, with total compensation potentially ranging from $65,000 to $75,500+ annually. Compensation varies by geography, hours, and performance.

Benefits start on day one and include health and well-being benefits, educational support, and career development opportunities. Bilingual speakers in eligible locations may receive an extra $3,000 annually after passing a language assessment.

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or GED
• One or more years of relevant experience (work or military)
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (schedule provided four weeks in advance)
• Openness to additional shifts and increased earnings, especially during peak seasons

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Experience in a commission-based environment
• Demonstrated sales experience and ability to find solutions for customers
• Customer service experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

The starting base pay rate for the listed location is $18.27 per hour.
