Basic Qualifications
- Top Secret Clearance with Investigation or CV Date within 5 years.
- Experience providing security support in both collateral and Special Access Program environments.
- Knowledge of 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM and DoD SAP Manuals.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task.
- Ability to be flexible and deal with constantly changing program priorities.
- Experience leading/managing people, teams and resources.
- Ensure compliance with company and government security regulations.
Seeking a skilled and motivated Security Associate Manager providing oversight to the Collateral portfolio at Plant 10 and Site 2.
Candidate will require comprehensive understanding of Department of Defense (DoD) security methodologies, interpret government and internal company policies, develop and implement security plans and procedures utilizing the 32 CFR Part 117 National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM). Responsibilities include, but not limited to, classification management, program briefings, program management support, classified shipments, courier procedures, and Compliance Inspection support.
This role requires the ability to work closely with government partners, security counterparts, program managers, and Lockheed Martin stakeholders. Candidate must possess strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills and effectively make independent decisions working in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to lead a team of Security Professionals ensuring compliance within key disciplines to include security education, security violations and/or infractions, written incident reports and documenting preventive actions to be taken.

- Subject Matter Expert (SME), understanding and application of the NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 manual and ICD 705.
- Working knowledge/experience of DISS, NISS, and SESIDS software.
- Exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
