Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, credential checks, visitor processing, and/or other security-related policies.;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas within the location.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report unusual activity through appropriate site protocols.;
Support emergency response activities when appropriate, including communicating instructions, controlling access points, and coordinating with site contacts and/or first responders.;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing for security-related concerns, access control issues, and/or conditions that may need attention.
