Security Representative

Overview

This position is for a Security Representative within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company  (LMAero) in Palmdale, CA. The incumbent will support the Security Administration team and Program Security by managing PERSEC documentation and tracking to meet compliance requirements.

• Upload and maintain PERSEC documents in the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) to support Program Security and compliance‑inspection requirements.
• Upload annual PSQs, annual SAP refresher training, adverse PSQs, foreign‑travel PSQs, and foreign contacts.
• Work closely with government partners, security counterparts, and employee stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders, ensuring all security documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of security documents and information.

• Basic knowledge of NISPOM and DoDM 5205.07.
• Ability to work with government partners and internal teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Clearance Level: Secret
Eligibility: US Citizen, eligible for Program Access.

Annual base salary range: $57,400 - $101,200 for applicable California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, and D.C. locations. For other states, the range reflects the candidate’s final work location.
