Security Rep Senior - Level 3

Position

The Security Representative Senior (E4523) position is located within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company (LMAero) in Palmdale, CA.

The incumbent will serve as a Security Representative Sr. supporting the Department of War (DoW) Collateral Program. A comprehensive understanding of DoW security methodologies, policies, and procedures—particularly 32

CFRPart
117—is required. Core duties include collateral document control, classification management, delivering program briefings, providing program management support, overseeing classified shipments and courier procedures, and assisting with compliance inspection activities. Success in this role demands close collaboration with government partners, security counterparts, program managers, and employee stakeholders. Additional responsibilities include conducting security briefings, investigating security violations, and preparing written incident reports that detail outcomes and recommended preventive actions.

• Proven knowledge and understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM
• Working knowledge of Security and Emergency Services Information Database System (SESIDS)
• Candidate must be a self‑driven and results‑oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required

• Experience with NISS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance
• Basic understanding of shipping and receiving classified hardware
• Excellent written, verbal, and customer interface skills
• Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Highly organized and detail oriented

This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Top Secret.

The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range will reflect the candidate’s final work location.

Schedule for this position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week.
