The Security Representative Senior (E4523) position is located within the Security & Emergency Services (SES) organization at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Company (LM Aero) in Palmdale, CA. The incumbent will serve as a Security Representative Sr. supporting the Department of War (DoW) Collateral Program. A comprehensive understanding of DoW security methodologies, policies, and procedures-particularly 32 CFR Part 117-is required. Core duties include collateral document control, classification management, delivering program briefings, providing program management support, overseeing classified shipments and courier procedures, and assisting with compliance inspection activities.

Success in this role demands the ability to work closely with government partners, security counterparts, program managers, and employee stakeholders. The candidate must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams, make independent decisions, and operate with limited supervision. Additional responsibilities include, but not limited to, conducting security briefings, investigating security violations, and preparing written incident reports that detail outcomes and recommended preventive actions.

Basic Qualifications:

Proven knowledge and understanding of industrial security regulations and procedures, including experience administering provisions of the 32 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 117 NISPOM Working knowledge of Security and Emergency Services Information Database System (SESIDS) Candidate must be a self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills are required Desired

Skills:

Experience with NISS, DISS, and Special Access Programs (SAP) security compliance. Basic understanding of shipping and receiving classified hardware. The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $69,900 - $123,280. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
