Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure they are in optimal working condition;
Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as power outages, plumbing leaks, and equipment failures, and take necessary actions to mitigate the impact on guests and staff;
Monitor and maintain hotel equipment, including boilers, chillers, elevators, and fire safety systems, to ensure their reliability and safety;
Oversee and coordinate renovation projects, upgrades, and installations of new systems, ensuring they meet local building codes and regulations;
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment inspections, and work orders to track maintenance history and plan for future maintenance needs
