Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of general maintenance tasks that require strong troubleshooting skills and proficient knowledge of:
Building and facility maintenance.
Plumbing and electrical systems.
Submeter utility systems and meter reading (gas, electric and water).Groundskeeping and landscape.
Swimming pool maintenance.
General carpentry.
Desired skills and experience:
Skilled in operating various hand tools, landscaping equipment, general maintenance equipment, and safety equipment.
Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Available to respond to occasional urgent maintenance issues outside of normal business hours.
1 year of general maintenance experience (property management experience a plus)
MUST be able to travel to other mobile home parks within the Antelope Valley.
