Farmersville, CA. Work schedule is Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00a to 7:00p. Work will be primarily performed at a designated field worksite location based out of a central Race Communications worksite. Occasional travel to and work from other Race offices or other off-site locations will be required.

As the Field Technician Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating field operations, ensuring the successful deployment, maintenance, and repair of our telecommunications infrastructure. Your strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to excellence will drive the success of our field operations and contribute to the seamless delivery of telecom services to our customers.

The Field Technician Lead will be responsible for leading a team of field technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunications equipment, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
