Are you passionate about leadership, supporting families, and helping DSPs thrive? 360 Behavioral Health is looking for a Care Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. You’ll oversee Direct Support Professionals, collaborate with families and Regional Centers, and ensure every client receives high-quality, compassionate care.
- Competitive compensation: $23.00-$25.00/hour
- Required Availability
- Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm evenings and weekends as needed. - 7 Paid Holidays

- Supervise and coach DSPs to deliver exceptional services
- Ensure families receive consistent, high-quality care
- Collaborate with Regional Centers, clients, and behavioral agencies
- Conduct staff meetings, professional development, and utilization reviews
- Provide clinical guidance and mentorship
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication
- 1+ year clinical experience working with individuals with diverse needs
- Supervisory experience (preferred)
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Comfortable in diverse home environments and culturally responsive
Certifications:
- BA/BS required
- Must pass background check/Live Scan
- TB clearance, CPR/First Aid, and Crisis Prevention Certification
