* Description:

** The Skunk Works  Lockheed Martin Advanced Development Program  is looking for world class talent in Project Engineering to be a part of a team that will carry on our 80 year tradition making history in advanced aircraft development  The ADP Skunk works Vehicle Management team writes software for a wide range of aircraft subsystems that make the airplane fly  We are a highly imaginative and productive team working on a new development project to create modular and reusable software to create not only our current project but an entire future portfolio  We operate out of the Skunk works headquarters in Palmdale, CA in a fully onsite and hands on team

* Basic Qualifications:

*
* - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a STEM field or equivalent relevant experience

- Experience coordinating across multiple functions or engineering teams

- Demonstrated organizational and communication skills

  Must be a US Citizen  As the ability to obtain a clearance is required

** Desired

Skills:

*
* - JIRA, writing JQL, and Confluence experience strongly desired

- Strong Agile Methodology understanding

- Good understanding of Earned Value Management  EVM

- Good understanding of Software development lifecycle

- Dev Sec Ops  or Tech Stack experience

- Automation experience

- Python or Java experience

- Demonstrated self starter requiring minimal supervision with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

** Work Schedules:
** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees   Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed   These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits

** Schedule for this Position:
** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

** Pay Rate:
** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York  excluding most major metropolitan areas , Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $85,500    $150,765  For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location  Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only  Lockheed Martin considers factors such as  but not limited to  scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer
