  • Has the ability to dream and the courage to deliver
  • Moves fast, stays curious, and never settles for good enough
  • Is proactive, resourceful, and a self-starter
What you’ll do
  • Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, cash receipts, and cash disbursements
  • Process invoices, payments, deposits, check runs, and lien releases accurately and timely
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing processes including reconciliations and reporting
  • Create and maintain vendor and employee records across Sage, Procore, HH2, and related systems
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding administrative accounting tasks
  • Maintain accurate financial records, job files, and supporting documentation
  • Monitor and maintain cash flow reporting and banking activities including positive pay and reconciliations
  • Support project accounting functions including job cost tracking, PCCOs, subcontract changes, and cost review updates

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and confidentiality standards
  • Systems-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • Strong culture that promotes a family/team environment
Benefits

  • Paternity and maternity leave
  • 401K with company match
  • PTO and Paid Holidays with no waiting period (40 hours available on hire date)
You will love working here if
  • You want the best idea to win
  • Challenges excite you
  • You plan for the intended result
  • Family is more than just a word
  • You have the ability to dream and the courage to deliver
  • Getting it right is more important than getting credit
This might not be the place for you if
  • You come to work more focused on the time clock than your results
  • You are not willing to roll up your sleeves and be part of the solution
  • You are more committed to being right than learning
  • You settle for good enough
  • You’re not willing to be better tomorrow than you were today
