• Assist charter school staff in the classroom, lunch, recess, special events, front office, etc.
• Provide instructional support for classroom teachers under supervision, including student tutorial services in pull‑out or classroom settings, monitoring student performance and classroom participation.
• Assist in maintaining accurate student records on attendance, assessment, leveling, and other data related to student academic success.
• Help develop community partnerships to give students opportunities for employability, learning, and community service.
• Conduct parent and community involvement events.
• Assist in managing tools, supplies and equipment related to the school's library and technology/media resources.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Previous education, training, work or life experience that provides reasonable evidence of successful performance of the tasks listed.
• One (1) to three (3) years of experience with at‑risk youth.

• Valid Alaska Driver's License.

Light Work:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. Light Work rating applies if the use of arm or leg controls requires exertion greater than that for sedentary work.
