These positions are currently located in Anchorage and Juneau
Anchorage, Bethel, Fairbanks, Juneau, Kenai, Ketchikan, Nome, or Wasilla
depending upon the location of the most qualified candidate.
What you will be doing:In this role, you will serve as a team lead for the Division’s Statewide Workflow Monitor (SWFM) team under the Field Services group
You will have the responsibility of:Managing and processing a prioritized, specialized caseload that requires advanced program and policy knowledge, along with strong research and problem-solving skills to address complex, challenging, and sensitive cases.
Work on projects and initiatives that are of immediate and urgent need for the Division and its clientele.
