Senior Analyst, ERP Finance

Description

Providence is seeking multiple full‑time Senior Analysts, ERP Finance to apply a wide range of principles, theories and concepts related to Finance and ERP systems to provide solutions to diverse complex problems. The role includes leading medium‑size projects and work teams, analyzing and evaluating existing or proposed systems, modifying procedures to process data, reviewing schedules, costs and documentation to ensure project success, mentoring and assisting team members, and interacting with users to determine appropriate requirements of complex systems.

Employees may telecommute full‑time from any state in which Providence has offices (AK, WA, OR, CA, NM, TX, MT).

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Technology, Engineering, Commerce, or a closely related field.
• 5 years of experience in application design, implementation, and/or maintenance of finance modules (GL, AR, AP, FA, CM, Projects, Grants) in one or more large‑scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems such as Oracle Cloud suite, Oracle EBS, or Peoplesoft.
• 2 years of experience executing medium to complex projects, including system deployment, support, lifecycle management, process improvement, change management, and operational improvement in complex systems.
• 2 years of experience with Cloud ERP application configuration (Oracle Cloud preferred), administration, report writing, and analytics skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Oracle data import, export, customizations, and extensions.
• Knowledge of hierarchies and dimensions, enterprise structures, and offerings in Oracle cloud applications.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud fast formulas or equivalent.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
