- Design, implement, and optimize omnichannel marketing campaigns using Redpoint Interactions
- Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies
- Build and monitor workflows and customer journeys
- A/B testing and performance tracking
- Scheduling automations between RPI and RPDM
