The Matanuska-Susitna Borough School District seeks a Service Desk Technician – Level I to provide first-line support for district technology, including hardware, software, and network access. You will document requests, resolve issues, and escalate when needed, with limited supervision and teamwork to meet user needs.
Starting wage is $21.92 per hour with 1.0 FTE, 260 days per year, 7:30am–4:00pm shifts. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
