As a Site Coordination Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in modernizing critical Army and Joint test network environments. You’ll collaborate with seasoned engineers, mission experts, and technical teams to deliver high impact capabilities to the warfighter. You’ll serve as the on‑site integrator for designated Network Modernization locations, ensuring seamless coordination among technical installation teams, government stakeholders, vendors, and operational personnel.
This role is responsible for driving site readiness, validating configurations, maintaining compliance, and supporting the successful execution of all network modernization activities.
You will oversee daily modernization operations on site, manage logistics and scheduling, track interdependencies across mission and program teams, and lead communication with Government Site Leads, facility management, Range Control, the Department of Public Works, Network Enterprise Center , and other critical local mission partners.
Additionally, the role supports program leadership in achieving government verification of connectivity, configuration, and system functionality, maintains detailed documentation of site issues and resolutions, and assists in developing and implementing site‑specific safety plans.

You Have7+ years of experience coordinating on-site project operations for Army, DoW, federal, or mission critical programs
3+ years of experience supporting personnel scheduling, logistics coordination, training coordination, readiness tracking, or daily operational oversight for projects similar in size and complexity
Experience coordinating complex multi‑site operational or technical projects
Ability to work directly with government stakeholders and represent program leadership in daily e nga gements
Ability to manage cross‑functional teams and facilitate issue resolution
Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver results
Ability to travel to multiple CONUS sites up to 50% of the time
Nice If You HaveExperience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder operations or Army modernization efforts
Experience supporting Army test and evaluation activities
Experience with TDP / TDL workflows, Integrated Master Schedules, risk management plans, occupational safety, or quality management plans
Experience in U.S. Army Network Modernization efforts
Experience with U.S. Army Garrison operations and structure
Possession of excellent communication skills
