This person should be a self-motivated individual able to work without direct supervision, willing to work for the company goals, as outlined in our employee manual, as the priority for his (her) job performance. The Shift Leader needs to be trustworthy, and able to communicate with upper management. A background of employee management is preferred.
As Shift Leader, it will be the job to ensure that employees are trained; working as a team and performing the following job duties and talking to management if there are problems. This entails the shift leader to be familiar with all duties and aspects of all jobs at Wildman's. Depending on either working the morning or afternoon shift, the Shift Leader may have a door code, alarm code and possibly a safe combination, to ensure that the store may be opened or closed efficiently.
This is a working position so the Shift Leader will perform all the duties required of the employees of the company.
