Teck Resources Limited is seeking Mill Operators for their Red Dog Mine in Alaska, one of the world’s largest zinc producers. This role offers a unique 2 weeks on/2 weeks off rotation, with fly-in/fly-out access and modern camp accommodations. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, team-oriented, and eager to contribute to a world-class mining operation in a remote environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Four (4) years experience in Mill Operations or equivalent
• Ability to lift 75 lbs regularly
• Ability to wear PPE (hard hat, respirator, safety glasses, steel toed boots, hearing protection, etc.)
• Motivation, ability to follow directions, and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work outdoors in extreme climatic conditions
• Desire to advance through training and competency development
• Ability to pass a drug test as part of the hiring process
