LPN - Long Term Care - Part Time - Kodiak

Required Qualifications

• Coursework/Training:
  Completion of an accredited LPN program.
• Coursework/Training:
  Must complete required in-service annually as determined by institution/department.
• Upon hire:
  Alaska Licensed Practical Nurse
• Upon hire:
  National Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association
• Upon hire: MDS may be required if cross-trained into ECF

• 1 year of LPN experience

$29.59 - $44.38 per hour. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
