Asa Tower Technicianwithinthe Wireless Department ,you'llplayavitalroleinouroperations.
Yourresponsibilitiesincludedailyteamcoordination,asafety-first mindset,organization,andtrainingtoensurealignmentwithcompanyobjectivesandstandards.
- Climb,repair,maintain,andbuildcommunicationtowers.
- Installation,replacement,andrepairofantennasystemsequipment.
- Basicuseandcareofhandtoolsandmechanicalequipment.
- Identifyandcommunicatehazardsassociatedwith:
- Tower Climbingand Constructionequipment
- Workingonornearenergizedlinesandelectricalequipment
- Analyzeproblematicsituationsandadoptanappropriatecourseofaction.
- Followinstructionsaccuratelyandcompletetasksasassigned.
- Recognizesafetyhazardsandsafelyperformduties.
- Performjobdutiesinallweatherconditions.
- Completeandsubmit Daily Reportsand JSA(Job Safety Analysis ) beforeeachday'swork.
- Highschooldiplomaorequivalent.
- Self-starterwiththeabilitytoworkwithoutdirectsupervision.
- Possessavaliddriver'slicense(CDLpreferred) andbeabletopassthe
Motor Vehicle Recordscheck ,drug screening,andbackgroundcheck. - Climbtallstructures(100feetormore) witha
50lb.load. - Highlyorganizedanddetail-oriented.
- Effectivecommunicationskills,bothwrittenandverbal.
- Maintainaconsistentlevelofexcellenceinjobperformanceandworkethic.
- Proficientincomputeruse.
- Travelforextendedperiodsuptoandincluding Overtime,nights,weekends,and holidays.
