The Palmer shop of the Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, State Equipment Fleet, is seeking an Automotive Mechanic, Advanced Journey/Lead to maintain light duty equipment and support road and airport projects in rural Alaska.
You will diagnose and repair engines, drive trains, brakes, hydraulics, and electrical systems, travel to remote sites as needed, and participate in ongoing training. A valid driver's license and emissions certification are required.
