Bertera Chevrolet is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our parts department, helping customers and technicians find the right parts for their needs and ensuring that our inventory is managed efficiently and accurately.

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying, locating, and acquiring the required parts.
• Respond to customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, ensuring a timely and accurate response to all parts-related questions.
• Use parts cataloging software to identify and locate parts within the inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, sales, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with technicians and service advisors to ensure the timely acquisition of parts for vehicle repairs.
• Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering new parts, and receiving, labeling, and storing parts correctly.
• Ensure readiness for parts delivery and coordinate with delivery drivers for timely distribution.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized parts department and workspace.
• Stay updated on new products, accessory updates, and industry trends.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or automotive training preferred.
• Previous experience in an automotive parts department or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Proficient in using parts inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy parts and equipment as needed.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
