Job Summary
The Project Managerplaysacriticalroleinoverseeingprojectsandensuringtheirsuccessfulexecution ,withastrongemphasisonschedulingandfinancialoversight.
Thisindividualwillberesponsiblefordevelopingandmanagingprojecttimelinestoensurealldeadlinesaremet,coordinatingwithsubcontractorstofacilitateanefficientworkflow,andoverseeingprojectbudgetsthroughcostmonitoringandfinancialanalysis.
In addition,the Project
Managerwillworkcloselywithestimatorstoaidingatheringinformationandstreamlinethereviewprocessofbids,ensuringthatallrelevantdataisconsideredforinformeddecision-making.
Throughouttheprojectlifecycle,the Project Managerwillcollaboratewith Superintendentsandclientstomaintainsatisfactionandtrackprogress .Ultimately,thisroleisfocusedonguidingprojectstosuccessfulcompletioninpartnershipwith
Superintendentsandthe Operations Manager .

Thiswouldrequiretheabilitytositatadesk,frequentwalking,bend,orstandasnecessary.

50lb.ormore.
Thispositionworksonornearmovingmechanicalpartsandloudequipment.
