Summary:

Peckham’s Graduate Leadership Development Program is an 18–24-month rotational program designed to develop future leaders within Peckham Industries’ Construction businesses. Participants rotate through core functional areas including Estimating and Bid Preparation, Project Management, Intro to XBE including financials and job monitoring, safety and more.

Our program, designed to foster future leaders, will allow you to develop your decision-making, communication, and technical skills, with the help of personal mentors and hands on learning. Upon graduation, you will be placed in a key role contributing to the business unit.

The role is obligated to be proactive and take necessary corrective actions to resolve safety related issues and to ensure a safe workplace. Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree required in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a closely related field. An Associate’s degree may be considered with strong academic performance and relevant construction, heavy civil, materials, field operations, internship, or co-op experience.

Minimum GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred.

Strong listening skills with the ability to communicate effectively across field and office environments.

Highly organized with effective time-management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced construction setting.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Word.

Professional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with project teams, supervisors, and clients.

Demonstrated problem-solving ability, adaptability, and willingness to learn across multiple construction disciplines.

High degree of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail, particularly related to safety, quality, and project documentation.
