Manage bed assignment and throughput on the unit; coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers;

Assist Hospitalists and clinical teams with rounds and scheduling;
Serve as unit-based resource and greeter for patients and families; coordinate post-discharge follow-up;
Monitor and document patient information using hospital systems and ensure timely data entry
