Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Electro-mechanical Assembler, located in Longmeadow, MA. The Electro-mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and testing electro-mechanical components and products. Key tasks include reading and interpreting blueprints, wiring, soldering, and using a variety of hand tools and power tools to assemble and test equipment. Ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards is a critical part of this role.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Soldering and Mechanical Assembly tasks
- Experience with Hand Tools and Power Tools for assembly and repairs
- Knowledge and skills in Electromechanics, including wiring, testing, and troubleshooting
- Attention to detail, ability to follow technical drawings and instructions
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are an advantage
