As a General Production Worker, you will be an integral part of a team that values cross‑training and skill development in both manual assembly and automated machine operation areas.

• Load machines with material for threading.
• Fill and assemble orders based on customer specifications.
• Cross‑train in both manual and automated production areas.

• Consistent work history.
• Reliability in performance and attendance.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Capability to move around the production floor and sit or stand for entire shifts.
• Effective communication skills with other employees.
• High School Diploma or GED.

• Experience in retail, production, machine operation, or general labor.
• Knowledge of inventory management.
• Skills in customer service, food & beverage, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, repair, preventive maintenance, and schematic understanding.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmer, Massachusetts.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
