Your mission

Own production from order to finished goods, ensuring outputs match specifications.

Operate the 475 line with discipline, following written JSAs and defined manufacturing methods.

Monitor quality and cleanliness continuously; act fast if anything’s off.

Escalate material or process nonconformances to your supervisor immediately.

Document production numbers and all QA activities with precision.

Mix adhesives, release coatings, and inks to formula.

Set plates and mount them onto shafts to prepare each job.

Handle materials and support overall production flow.

Keep the area safe and orderly through strong housekeeping habits.

Qualifications Minimum 1 year as a machine operator in manufacturing; experience in coating, slitting, laminating, or related converting preferred.

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Follows direction well; comfortable working solo and collaborating with teammates.

Consistent work record with a self-starter mentality and desire to excel.

Proficient in machine setups for production runs.

What you can expect1st shift: 7am–3pm at $19/hr2nd shift: 3pm–11pm at $20.50/hr Monday–Friday cadence
