  • Actively identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve production yield through Lean methodologies.
  • Partner closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality departments to ensure seamless product development-to-production transitions.
Critical Competencies for Success

  • 3–5 years of supervisory experience, ideally within an ISO 9001-certified or similarly high-precision/regulated manufacturing environment like medical devices or analytical instruments.
  • Expertise in SPC and data-driven process monitoring.
  • Demonstrable skill in workforce balancing and capacity planning.
  • A high sense of urgency with a track record of meeting critical delivery dates for global customers.
  • Strong leadership communication skills to coach and motivate operators in a precision-focused environment.
  • High proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel for production tracking and data reporting.
  • Experience in high-reliability assembly environments (e.g., scientific instrumentation, electronics, or aerospace) preferred.
