Family Nurse Practitioner

Health Care Support is actively seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to fill an opening in Palmer, Massachusetts.

• Provide Primary and Family evidence-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
• Provide administrative duties to include but not limited to opening/closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow up, verifying insurance and collecting payment, maintaining a clean environment.
• Be responsible for handling patient appointments and performing routine examinations to ensure positive patient health outcomes.
• M-F: 8am-6pm;
  Sat 9am-5:30pm;
  Sunday 9am-4:30pm.

• Board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners or the American Nurses Credentialing Center, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
• Clear and active NP license in Massachusetts.
• Covid vaccination.
• 1+ year of professional experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner / Primary Care.

Pay Details: $76- $79/ Hour
