Baystate Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to join our Med Surg, Telemetry & IMC team at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, Massachusetts . Our Med Surg, Telemetry & IMC team provides high-quality care to diverse medical-surgical, telemetry, and intermediate care patient populations, working closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.

The Nurse Manager role offers the opportunity to provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple patient care areas while supporting staff development, engagement, and retention in a close-knit, community-focused hospital environment.

• Manage clinical, operational, and administrative functions of assigned departments.
• Partner with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and improve patient throughput.

• Other Scheduling Requirements: Occasional availability outside of regularly scheduled hours may be required to support staffing needs, address urgent clinical or operational issues, and provide leadership support to the department.
