Baystate Health is seeking an Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical/Surgical team at Baystate Wing Hospital in Palmer, Massachusetts . Our Medical/Surgical team provides high-quality, patient-centered care to a diverse inpatient population, working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, care managers, rehabilitation specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Baystate Wing Hospital is a Joint Commission-accredited, 74-bed community hospital and designated Primary Stroke Service serving Central and Western Massachusetts. The Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Will:- Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate safe, high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patient conditions, identify changes in status, and intervene appropriately to support positive outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety efforts, and shared governance activities.

- Shift: Days and Nights Available
- Hours: 36 Hours Per Week
- Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts
- On-Call Requirement: None
- Other Scheduling Requirements: Rotating Holidays
