Coordinate and provide various types of support for the onsite service technicians and assure that service calls and preventative maintenance are organized and performed safely and on time by scheduling with the customer;
Coordinate preventive maintenance on all equipment, including heating and ventilating, pumps, fans, boilers, chillers and refrigeration equipment;
Maintain trade licenses and certifications current;
Follow safety policies and PPE usage;
Interact with the client professionally
