Frame-Finish Carpenters
Skilled Trades Partners is hiring skilled Frame-Finish Carpenters for a commercial project in Palmer, MA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rough and finish carpentry, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
Responsibilities- Perform rough and finish carpentry work on residential and commercial job sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
- Measure, cut, and install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and other building materials
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Install drywall, molding, siding, and other finish materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety regulations and company procedures
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on schedule
- Experience with both rough and finish carpentry preferred
- Ability to read tape measures and construction plans
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Boston and North Shore area
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Pay is $30-35/hr
- Weekly pay
