Coordinate and provide various types of support for onsite service technicians and assure that service calls and preventative maintenance are organized and performed safely and on time by scheduling with the customer;
Coordinating preventive maintenance on all equipment, including heating and ventilating, pumps, fans, boilers, chillers and refrigeration equipment;
Keep trade licenses and certifications current;
Follow and comply with safety policies, procedures, and use personal protective equipment when performing installation and/or servicing HVAC systems;
Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance
