Iberia Foods Corp is a Food & Beverage distribution company with locations in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Chicago, Atlanta, Florida (Miami and Orlando). Founded in 1930, we serve over 12,000 supermarkets, club stores, wholesalers and independent retailers with a diverse portfolio of leading Caribbean and Latin American brands.

The Driver role is based in Palmer, MA, and is a full‑time position with a pay rate of $23 per hour. The driver safely operates a delivery vehicle, follows designated routes, and delivers products to customers in a timely and organized manner.

• Safely operate a box truck and drive various routes during business hours.
• Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes daily.
• Follow specific delivery routes and time schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Load and unload a delivery vehicle using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and lift gates.
• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customer contacts at each delivery site.
• Collect payments from customers in the form of cash or checks, obtaining clear, legible signatures on all invoices and credit memos.
• Learn and use DEX technology.
• Understand and comply with DOT regulations.
• Complete driver medical certification every two years.
• Handle all products with care to avoid damage and loss.
• Maintain positive work relations; support teamwork and help coworkers achieve team goals.
• Listen and communicate respectfully with employees at all levels within the organization.
• Maintain regular attendance and follow call‑out and time‑off procedures as outlined in the handbook.
• Comply with company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

• Prior work as a delivery driver of at least a 24‑ft commercial box truck.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, minimum of Class
  
  D.
• Acceptable driving record with no major violations.
• Good communication and listening skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Time management; ability to handle multiple demands and meet deadlines.
• Dependability; exhibit a reliable and consistent work ethic.
