Division Specialties Estimator

Job Title

Experienced: 3+ years in estimating for Division 10 or related commercial construction sectors.

Tech-Savvy:
Proficient with estimating software such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar tools.

Detail-Oriented:
Able to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications with accuracy.

Strong Communicator:
Confident in negotiating with vendors and presenting estimates to internal and external stakeholders.

Team-Oriented:
You thrive in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively across departments.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting (preferred).

Experience:

2 years as an Assistant Estimator or 5–7 years of relevant experience.

Construction Expertise:

• Must have worked with commercial drywall subcontractors or self-performing GCs
• Well-versed in Cold-Formed Metal Framing (CFMF) for walls, roofs, and floors
• Experienced with Light Metal Framing (LMF) for non-structural systems
• Familiar with Division 09, Section 09250 – Gypsum Board Assemblies
