Opportunity We are seeking a talented and visionary Creative Director to join our team and lead the development of captivating marketing materials for our live events and educational marketing organization. As the Creative Director - Marketing, you will be responsible for overseeing both internal and external creative teams to produce television, radio, and print marketing materials that effectively promote our events and drive ticket sales.
You will manage an internal team of graphic designers and video producers, ensuring their work aligns with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute creative strategies that align with our overall marketing goals, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across various marketing channels. Collaborate with a cross functional leadership team to develop compelling concepts and themes for promotional campaigns that resonate with the target audience and create excitement around our products and events. Create storyboards, concept boards and other vision materials to help ‘sell the creative’ vision.
Oversee the creation of TV commercials and videos, radio spots, print materials, digital ads, and other marketing assets, ensuring high-quality output that effectively communicates key event/product details and generates interest. Ensure that all marketing materials adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining brand integrity and a cohesive visual identity throughout all touchpoints. Be able to conceptualize and implement new branding concepts and components for new brand development.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of creative assets that align with campaign timelines. Provide clear and constructive feedback to internal and external teams, guiding the development of creative concepts and ensuring that they align with campaign objectives. Lead and inspire the internal creative team, including graphic designers, video producers, and project managers fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Partner with external creative agencies to ensure their output aligns with brand and campaign standards while allowing them freedom to develop creative necessary to achieve their goals (direct response, social media, etc.). Stay informed about the latest design and marketing trends, incorporating innovative ideas and emerging technologies into our marketing efforts. Performance Analysis:
Work closely with the analytics team to assess the performance of creative assets, using insights to refine future campaigns and maximize audience engagement. Build internal studio capabilities for recording and distribution of podcasts, educational sessions, testimonials, and other video needs. Identify product needs, budgets, and vendors who can help us realize our vision.

At least 10 years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns across TV, radio, print, and digital platforms.
