Key Responsibilities for the Interim Controller:

• Own and manage daily accounting operations including cash, invoicing, billing, and reconciliations

• Ensure continuity and accuracy across AR, AP, credit cards, and vendor payments

• Oversee sales tax compliance and support transaction‑heavy workflows

• Identify and resolve discrepancies while improving day‑to‑day processes

• Partner with the CFO by keeping accounting operations running smoothly during the ERP transition

Qualifications for the Interim Controller:

• Controller or senior‑level accounting experience in a multi‑entity environment

• Strong hands‑on experience with ERP systems

• Prior exposure to ERP systems or accounting system transitions helpful

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent practical experience
