ISC Production Supervisor

As an ISC Production Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will oversee and enhance production operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in our manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for leading a team, implementing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

You will report directly to our Production Manager and you'll work out of our Palmetto, FL location full-time onsite.

In this role, you will impact the overall production efficiency and product quality, contributing to the success of our operations and the satisfaction of our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Oversee daily production activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

* Lead and mentor production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

* Monitor production metrics and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

YOU MUST HAVE

* 2 plus years of experience in production management or a related field.

* Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.

* Experience with production planning and scheduling tools.

* Knowledge of 5S + 1, lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

* Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in a manufacturing environment.

* Experience with ERP systems and production software

* Must be able to work one weekend a month and flex to off-shift on occasions.

WE VALUE

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing setting.

* Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
