Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers while carrying out site-specific screening procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location;
Screen individuals, packages, and/or personal belongings at designated entry points in accordance with post orders and established security-related procedures;
Monitor access areas, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document irregular activity, policy violations, and/or incidents in a clear and timely manner;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site
