Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for proper coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with vendor communication.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues.
• Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to secure approvals and resolve questions.
